How to Order To order Bespoke textiles: Please get in contact either via phone or e-mail to enquire about the product your interested in. If you would like to get a personalized product you can either email us an image or send it by post including other instructions like name etc. Once you decided please fill out the order form and send it with a cheque payable to Tanja Heyer. Postal Address: Lila Pin Tanja Heyer 215a Camden Road London, NW1 9AA Delivery For products from our shop, providing that the items are in stock we aim to get them to you within 14 days ( if you need an item for a certain date please contact us and we try our best to get it to you in time). For bespoke items please allow 28 days for delivery from placing your order. Although we will work as quickly as possible at peak times, please be patient particularly around Christmas!  We will let you know if there will be a delay. We use Royal Mail First Class service, but please bear in mind that sometimes there are delays, and estimated delivery dates therefore cannot be guaranteed. Postage Our standard delivery charge is £4.50 for all orders.
